Rules for poker

There are many strategy based poker rules that suggest that kind of hands that should be played and those hands which should be thrown off.  Unless you know what to hold and what to fold, which is essentially the essence of all the poker rules you might not be able to make a better play or folding decision.  The poker rules for Texas holdem, stud, draw, lowball and razz are all each different form each other.  Apart from all these kinds of poker rules there are many other rare forms of poker that have a rule on their own.
