There is already lot of poker rules done and over done many times. The same information is being established and taught in almost all poker room. The poker rules are universal and do not vary from poker room to poker room. Poker rules must be learnt in step by step in association with examples. Some of the terminologies in poker might be difficult to understand or to follow. In such cases, one might do better to refer with a poker dictionary where there will be an easy to understand explanation for each terminology used in poker.
Having a handy dictionary helps when learning poker rules because for a person that is totally new to poker room understanding a rule that says 3 cards are dealt in flop and one card is dealt in turn and one card will be dealt in river will be difficult to understand because they do not know anything about what flop or turn or river means. So, poker rules will be better understood when that is studied in combination with a poker glossary. After getting a bit exposed to basic terminologies, one might understand rules better without having to depend on a poker glossary for assistance always.
